You're right, it only trades on the Korean exchange, no US listing or ADR. I use Interactive Brokers for most of my buying, they give access to KOSDAQ. There are other options out there, possibly even cheaper ones, so worth shopping around for a broker.
One thing though: please do your own research before buying anything, don't rely on mine alone.
